The County Assembly of Tharaka Nithi invites the Public for a Public Participation / Submission of Memoranda on the Tharaka Nithi County Agroecology Development Bill, 2025 and Finance bill 2025.
In line with the provisions of Article 185 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and Section 21 of the County Governments Act, 2012 the County Assembly is in the process of considering the following Bills:
1. The Tharaka Nithi County Finance Bill, 2025;
2. The Tharaka Nithi County Agroecology Development Bill, 2025 in the following venues
Wednesday July 30 Tharaka – Marimanti CDF Hall 10:00am
Thursday July 31 Chuka Igambang’ombe – Chuka Picnic Grounds – 10:00am
Maara Friday August 1 Chogoria Sub County Hall 10:00am
Written views or memoranda may be hand delivered to the Office of the Clerk or emailed to tharakanithicountyassembly@gmail.com or clerk@tharakanithiassembly.go.ke on or before the close of business 1st August, 2025.
