Our structure
Leadership and administration
The Speaker heads the County Assembly and presides over the House. The County Assembly Service Board (CASB) oversees the Assembly’s administration, supported by an Audit Committee.
The Clerk is the chief administrator and accounting officer, assisted by the Deputy Clerk. Four directorates and four specialised offices deliver legislative, information, financial and administrative services.
