Under Article 35 of the Constitution and the Access to Information Act, 2016, every citizen has the right to access information held by the Assembly, subject to the limits set out in law.
Many records are already published in the Document Library. For records not published, a request may be made to the Assembly's Information Access Officer.
Requests may be sent using the contacts on the Contact Us page. The name of the Information Access Officer, the request form and the response timelines are pending confirmation by the Clerk's office.
