The County Assembly of Tharaka Nithi is preparing to consider the proposed County Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2027, in accordance with Section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, and Article 220(2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
On 19 October 2026, the Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations briefed Honourable Members on the proposed plan as part of preparations for the Assembly’s consideration.
The briefing provided Members with an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the proposed ADP ahead of the consideration process.
