When you send an enquiry, memorandum or petition, the Assembly stores your name, email, optional phone number and ward, and your message. Only authorised Assembly staff can see them.
Your details are used only to handle your submission and reply to you. Tracking a submission requires both the reference number and your email address. The Assembly applies the Data Protection Act, 2019.
