Public Participation on the Proposed County Annual Development Plan (ADP) for FY 2027/2028

The County Assembly of Tharaka Nithi is in the process of considering the proposed County Annual Development Plan (ADP) for the Financial Year 2027/2028.

In accordance with its mandate, the Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations will conduct public participation to receive views and submissions from members of the public on the proposed Plan. Members of the public and other interested stakeholders are invited to participate by making oral or written submissions on the date, time and at the venue specified in the accompanying notice.

Members of the public who wish to submit written memoranda may deliver them by hand to the Office of the Clerk of the County Assembly or send them by email to tharakanithicountyassembly@gmail.com or clerk@tharakanithiassembly.go.ke.

All written submissions must be received on or before close of business on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.

The County Assembly encourages members of the public and stakeholders to participate actively in this process and contribute their views to inform consideration of the proposed County Annual Development Plan for FY 2027/2028.
