This is to notify tenderers of the changes made to the tender document that was downloaded for the purposes of construction of the Tharaka Nithi County Assembly Chamber.
The changes are affecting:
1. page 70 form SD2 which about self declaration that the tenderer will not engage in any corrupt or flaudurent practice which is an evaluation criteria 14 and criteria 17 which is requesting for appendix 1 attachment. and page 72 which had the APPEDIX 1.
This is to request the tenderers to download the tender document from IFMIS vi negotiation number RFQ 1661290,1 and our County Assembly website.
Note that the opening dates has been extended from 18th October 2024 to 22nd October 2024.
