The County Assembly of Tharaka Nithi invites the Public to present written submission of Memoranda and to attend Public Hearing on the following:
i) Annual Development Plan for the Financial Year 2025/2026
ii) Tharaka Nithi County Markets Bills, 2024
iii) Tharaka Nithi County Child Care and Protection Bill, 2024
iv) Tharaka Nithi County Sports and Cultural activities Bill, 2024
v) Tharaka Nithi County Tax Waivers Administration Bill, 2024
vi) Tharaka Nithi County Agricultural Produce Bill, 2024.
Public hearings will be conducted on *October 11, 2024, 10:00am* at the following venues:
1. Tharaka. Marimanti CDF Hall.
2. Chuka Igambang'ombe. Chuka Picnic Grounds
3. Maara. Chogoria Sub County Hall.
Written views and memoranda may be hand delivered to the office of the Clerk or emailed to clerk@tharakanithiassembly.go.ke or tharakanithicountyassembly@gmail.com before and up until close of business on October 11, 2024.
